Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles and advertising techniques.
  • Great command of MS Office, marketing software and online applications.
  • Thorough understanding of web analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Strategist or a similar role in marketing.

Reporting Line:

The Marketing Strategist will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Salary Range:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.

Location and Work Conditions:

This position is based at our head office in New York City. We currently offer a hybrid working model, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
