Position Summary:
Our team is looking for an experienced, hard-working Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in NYC. The Growth Marketing Manager is a key member of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for driving growth and success for our brands through data-driven paid social media campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns that meet performance objectives. As a collaborative team player, the Growth Marketing Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of paid social strategies with other marketing channels and alignment with overall client objectives.
Essential Duties:
- Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels, to drive growth and meet performance goals
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities that will drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and data teams, to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies that resonate with target audiences
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency, while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation in our paid social media strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience in performance marketing, financial services, consulting, media buying, lead generation, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
- Prior experience working in marketing automation, paid social or SEM campaign management, or performing data-driven analysis of campaign performance
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to perform analyses and identify insights for optimization
- Strong attention to detail, extremely organized
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work closely with team members to understand channel partner’s operational needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with utmost focus and attention on customer conversations and performance metrics
- Entrepreneurial spirit; a self-starter and a quick learner
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous campaign optimization experience
