As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Indeedful Insight, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment, staying at the forefront of industry trends, and playing a pivotal role in our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and relevant content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy: Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns to achieve company goals and KPIs.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
  • Community Building: Cultivate and expand our online community by identifying and collaborating with influencers, partners, and advocates.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing professionals, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.


  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Experience with paid social advertising is a bonus.
