You will also be instrumental in paving the way for the future of AI-augmented marketing campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint with our audience is impactful.


Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Drive qualified leads to sales through targeted marketing campaigns and tactics across multiple channels.
  • Inbound Marketing: Propel traffic to our website using organic and paid strategies, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media, and referrals.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Cultivate leads throughout the sales funnel, from lead acquisition to upselling.
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Oversee marketing tools, automation, and data. Ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by leveraging analytics and optimizing operations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with a flair for creative marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through diverse marketing channels.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and understanding of the sales-led GTM motion.
  • Proficient in leveraging marketing tools and platforms, with a keen eye for analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
  • Experience keeping contractors performant to ensure campaign targets are hit, and high-quality deliverables are produced.

California Salary Range

$150,000—$190,000 USD
