Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated marketing specialist who is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, including media communications, event management, and broker relations to support the growth of the MSO & IPA.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic approach and the execution of membership growth
- Collaborate with Marketing team to plan and execute all activities and community outreach
- Effectively communicate with brokers, agency, vendors and stakeholders to ensure the marketing initiatives are clearly communicated and executed
- Develop strategies for Google Ads, Microsoft ads, and social media sties to increase lead generation efforts
- Conduct research to identify trends, develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Generate contents and reports needed for marketing outreach and communication
- Maintain and coordinate all media communications and marketing collateral with graphics designer
- Resolve concerns and issues from brokers and agency regarding member’s authorization, claim and eligibility
- Maintain promotional materials inventory, data tracking, and orders
- Handle member/broker concerns in an empathetic and caring manner
- Assist department manager to schedule internal and external meetings; providing assistance to have reports, meeting minutes, agenda items prepared for all meetings
- Must be able to travel frequently to broker offices and event revenues
- Participate in new business or network projects
- Other duties assigned by department manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in managed care is strongly preferred
- 2-year experience in marketing, broker relations, or related fields
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Marketing tools (i.e., Google analytics, social media platforms)
- Must be able to travel frequently to broker offices and event revenues
- Bi-Lingual in Chinese preferred (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work in office on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Ave., Alhambra, CA 91801.
- This position is a field representative position and requires traveling depending on assignments or projects.
- Occasionally required to work overtime and /or during the weekend. Must always have and maintain a reliable source of transportation.
- The target pay range for this role is $25 - $35. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
