Job Purpose/Overview
The Marketing Analyst – Inside Sales will manage and enhance inbound marketing channels (e.g. Drift) to accelerate the inbound customer journey. This role will take data from inbound client contacts and extract insights to improve inbound client channels, map out and measure the effectiveness of solutions, and implement continuous process improvements. The Marketing Analyst – Inside Sales will communicate data-based client opportunities with the marketing leadership team and make recommendations about the purchase of new software to goals around sales generation and client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to analyze multiple sources of data to identify themes that could dissuade clients from using Antech services and improve those touchpoints to accelerate client experience and demand.
- Strong familiarity with updating Antech inbound client experience tools which are continuously.
- Responsible for analyzing metrics and preparing reports for Marketing leaders that will enable data-based decisions for continuous marketing enhancements and strategy improvement.
- Responsible for communicating with Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) and Territory Sales Managers (TMs) to accelerate follow-up on leads with clients and enhance the quantity of sales-qualified leads.
- Must be able to drive pilot programs, gather internal and external client feedback, and bring pilot programs to implementation based on client data.
- Coach, develop and train the ISRs on newly created and enhanced programs that they develop.
- Coach, develop and train the TMs and Regional Business Managers (RBMs) on program enhancements aimed at resolving client concerns to educate clients on how we are implementing improvements based on their feedback.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- 2+ Years of experience in sales, preferably in the Veterinary Industry.
- Experience with implementing upgrades to Software-As-Service (SAS) systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and tactics.
- Experience soliciting and implementing changes based on feedback from external and internal clients.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multitask to engage clients in the inbound funnel while engaging multiple internal stakeholders.
- Ability to influence leaders through clear data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Demonstrated responsiveness to questions and concerns from internal and external clients.
- Ability to coach peers and influence others.
- Demonstrated capability to make decisions in line with the Five Principles of Mars.
- Unwavering commitment to high-ethical standards in line with Antech’s Conduct and Ethics Policy.
Travel
Occasional travel required, up to 10% of the time.
The Target Pay Range for this position is $76,000-$115,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
