THE OPPORTUNITY
This position of DIGITAL GROWTH MARKETER works out of our Princeton, NJ location in the Abbott Point of Care Division. They will serve as the digital marketing operation lead and will take ownership for APOC’s web-based digital communications platforms that support e-mail, and web channel marketing and customer support programs. This role works in conjunction with global and regional product marketing teams and internal APOC teams to design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while ensuring digital best practices are met. You will field inbound requests for web, social, and marketing automation campaigns and activities. Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in digital marketing with prior experience in digital marketing, UI/UX and marketing automation. The candidate must be analytical and a problem solver by nature.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead gen and lifecycle nurturing
- Build a deep understanding of the i-STAT system and offerings (and our planned changes) and recommend methods to better communicate and position the product digitally
- Create marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
- Author webpages, emails and other digital assets on APOC owned platforms
- Leverage analytic tools to build reporting dashboards in but not limited to Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, SEMrush, heatmapping, Power BI and Salesforce
- Compile performance reports to brief leadership on marketing initiatives and attribution to business opportunity. Provide recommendations on improvement of channels, customer experience (UX/UI) and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to map out a marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field required
- 5+ years of web-based experience with web content management, marketing automation, digital analytics and email html development platforms
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
- Knowledge of search engine optimization-think including basic keyword research
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient with marketing and analytical tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5, Marketo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Power BI, and Salesforce
- Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred experience with project management software (Adobe Workfront, JIRA, and Veeva any other medical legal review tool)

The base pay for this position is $90,700.00 – $181,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
